Jahan Mohandesi is a professional engineer with more than three decades of engineering and construction management experience. His approach on project management is to take a proactive view on quality and scheduling control starting from the design phase through to final punch-list. Jahan’s extensive project experience ranges from residential developments to larger commercial and industrial development.
Ray Izadi is a registered architect and LEED accredited professional with nearly three decades of professional experience. At Arcon he oversees all aspects of your home design from site selection and feasibility consultation to design.
Ray founded Arcon in 1997 and since then has designed and built over 50 custom homes in the greater Washington DC area - from small rustic structures to diplomatic residences. Over the span of his career he has overseen the architectural design of more than 500 projects, encompassing nearly 10 million square feet of development. In his executive capacity, Mr. Izadi has supervised and trained over 20 licensed architects and directed large-scale development of a new city and beach front.
Mr. Nazdin is chief of the architectural design division, where he directs the design of diplomatic, high-security, educational and healthcare projects. Beyond his reputation as an architect and project director with very extensive design and on-site experience, Mr. Nazdin is an internationally recognized expert in diplomatic design.
In his more than 25 years of professional experience, Mr. Nazdin has planned and overseen construction of entire chanceries, communications-related facilities, security upgrades, interior design and space planning projects for the United States as well as the governments of Australia, Canada, The Netherlands, South Africa and the United Kingdom, among others. His work has received numerous awards, including the National Associated Builders and Contractors’ “Best Renovation in the U.S. Over 5 Million Dollars”. Mr. Nazdin’s work was also studied by the Carnegie Mellon University’s Center for Intelligent Building Design in the development of design guidelines for the “Federal Office Building of the 21st Century” publication.
